Open from February to December, Is Molas Hotel has eighty rooms and one suite. The rooms are laid out on three levels and frame the garden, with its lawn and typical Sardinian shrubs, like a theatre. The cuisine offered by the chef of Is Molas Hotel to its guests is based on the local products of Pula and Sardinia: constantly changing recipes, inspired by the Mediterranean tradition and enriched with touches of the Orient, presented with great care. ?The restaurant can seat around 150 indoors and the same number in the open?. From May to September the heart of the hotel is the garden laid out around the swimming pool, with an open-air bar sheltered by the wooden patio.
